バックヴィンテージ入荷しました!モレ・サン・ドニを本拠とするユベール・リニエの、看板とも言えるグラン・クリュ「クロ・ド・ラ・ロッシュ」!ユベール・リニエの歴史は1880年にジャック・リニエがブドウ栽培を開始したことから始まります。1970年代にユベール・リニエがブドウ栽培農家からドメーヌへと事業を拡大し、瞬く間に入手困難なブランドとしての地位を確立しました。1990年代に末息子のロマンがドメーヌのワイン造りを受け継ぎました。肉厚で凝縮感のある力強いスタイルを持つユベールのワインに、エレガンスとバランスの良さを付け加えたロマンのワインは大成功を収め、従来のスタイルを支持していたアメリカ市場だけでなく、世界中から新たなファンを獲得しました。「クロ・ド・ラ・ロッシュ グラン・クリュ」は、石灰岩の露出が目立つ畑であることから、「岩」を意味するロッシュという名がつけられています。生み出されるワインは、豊富なミネラル感と、香りに含まれるわずかな野性的なニュアンスが特徴。モレ・サン・ドニ村のグラン・クリュの中でも最も長命です。様々なミネラル化合物のため、色調は濃く、タンニンは濃縮され絹のよう。長期熟成のためにつくられた素晴らしいワイン。テクニカル情報品種：ピノ・ノワール100%樹齢 35-45年畑面積：モン・リュイザン0.72ha、フルルミエール0.28ha土壌：白い石灰岩、粘土、マールがジュラ中期の「ダレ・ナクレ（真珠のような色艶を持つ板石）」の上に広がる。多様なミネラル成分を含む土壌が、薫り高く、重厚で複雑味のある長期熟成型のワインを生む。醸造：ホールバンチ果汁1/3使用、新樽率30%DOMAINE HUBERT LIGNIER Clos de la Roche Grand Cruドメーヌ・ユベール・リニエ クロ・ド・ラ・ロッシュ グラン・クリュ生産地：フランス ブルゴーニュ コート・ド・ニュイ モレ・サン・ドニ原産地呼称：AOC.
